\u724c\u7167\u3002\u767c\u724c\u53ca\u6301\u7e8c\u76e3\u7ba1\u4f9d\u64da\u300a\u6253\u64ca\u6d17\u9322\u53ca\u6050\u6016\u5206\u5b50\u8cc7\u91d1\u7c4c\u96c6\u689d\u4f8b\u300b\uff08\u7b2c615\u7ae0\uff0cAMLO\uff09\u57f7\u884c\uff0c\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u9808\u5c31\u5176\u662f\u5426\u7b26\u5408 \u52dd\u4efb\u53ca\u9069\u7576\uff08fit-and-proper\uff09 \u6a19\u6e96\u53ca\u5176 AML\/CFT\uff08\u53cd\u6d17\u9322\uff0f\u53cd\u6050\u878d\u8cc7\uff09 \u6e96\u5099\u60c5\u6cc1\u63a5\u53d7\u8a55\u6838\u3002<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6d6a026 elementor-widget \/>\u78ba\u8a8d\u670d\u52d9\u7bc4\u570d\uff08\u5982\u516c\u53f8\u8a2d\u7acb\u3001\u63d0\u4f9b\u8a3b\u518a\u8fa6\u4e8b\u8655\u3001\u4ee3\u540d\uff0f\u53d7\u8a17\u670d\u52d9\u7b49\uff09\u3001\u80a1\u6b0a\u8207\u63a7\u5236\u67b6\u69cb\u3001\u71df\u904b\u5834\u6240\u5c31\u7dd2\u7a0b\u5ea6\u53ca\u4eba\u624b\u914d\u7f6e\u3002<\/li><li><strong>\u76e3\u7ba1\u6620\u5c04\u8207\u5c31\u7dd2<\/strong><br \/>\u5c07\u696d\u52d9\u6a21\u5f0f\u6620\u5c04\u81f3 AMLO \u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\u52dd\u4efb\u53ca\u9069\u7576\u6a19\u6e96\u3001CDD\/EDD\u3001\u6301\u7e8c\u76e3\u6e2c\u3001**\u5236\u88c1\uff0f\u653f\u6cbb\u516c\u773e\u4eba\u7269\uff08PEP\uff09**\u7be9\u67e5\u3001\u8a18\u9304\u4fdd\u5b58\u3001\u53ef\u7591\u4ea4\u6613\u5831\u544a\uff08STR\uff09\u3001\u57f9\u8a13\u53ca\u7368\u7acb\u5be9\u67e5\u3002<\/li><li><strong>\u8b49\u64da\u5316\u6587\u4ef6\u7de8\u5236<\/strong><br \/>\u5728\u8868\u683c\u3001\u8072\u660e\u3001\u516c\u53f8\u6587\u4ef6\u3001\u653f\u7b56\u8207\u5834\u5730\u8b49\u660e\u4e4b\u9593\u5efa\u7acb\u4e00\u81f4\u6558\u8ff0\uff0c\u4e26\u914d\u5099\u7248\u672c\u63a7\u5236\u8207\u5be9\u8a08\u8ffd\u8e64\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u5b8c\u6574\u7533\u8acb\u6a94\u6848\u3002<\/li><li><strong>\u4e3b\u52d5\u6e9d\u901a\u5354\u8abf<\/strong><br \/>\u7d71\u7c4c\u56de\u61c9\u516c\u53f8\u8a3b\u518a\u8655\u88dc\u4ef6\u8207\u6f84\u6e05\uff0c\u8655\u7406\u6d89\u53ca\u63a7\u5236\u4eba\uff0f\u6700\u7d42\u5be6\u76ca\u64c1\u6709\u4eba\uff08UBO\uff09\u3001\u71df\u904b\u5834\u5730\u53ca AML\/CFT \u63a7\u4ef6\u4e4b\u8aaa\u660e\u3002<\/li><li><strong>\u6c7a\u5b9a\u8207\u7372\u724c\u5f8c\u52d5\u54e1<\/strong><br \/>\u843d\u5be6\u4efb\u4f55\u767c\u724c\u689d\u4ef6\uff0c\u4e26\u555f\u52d5\u5408\u898f\u65e5\u66c6\u3001\u767b\u8a18\u518a\u3001\u57f9\u8a13\u8a08\u5283\u53ca\u76e3\u63a7\u7bc0\u594f\u3002<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div \uff08\u5982\u7ae0\u7a0b\u6587\u4ef6\u3001\u5546\u696d\u767b\u8a18\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u67b6\u69cb\u5716\uff09\u3002<\/li><li><strong>\u5408\u898f\u66f8\u9762\u78ba\u8a8d<\/strong> \u53ca\u898f\u5b9a\u4e4b\u7533\u8acb\u8cbb\u7528\uff08\u7531\u6211\u5011\u6e96\u5099\u63d0\u4ea4\uff09\u3002<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element \u6846\u67b6\u5efa\u8a2d\uff08\u5305\u542b\u65bc\u670d\u52d9\u5167\uff09<\/strong><\/p><p>\u70ba\u8b49\u660e\u7b26\u5408 AMLO \u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u5354\u52a9\u5efa\u7acb\u5c08\u5c6c AML\/CFT \u6846\u67b6\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p><ul><li><strong>\u4f01\u696d\u5c64\u9762 ML\/TF \u98a8\u96aa\u8a55\u4f30<\/strong> \uff08\u7522\u54c1\uff0f\u670d\u52d9\u3001\u5ba2\u6236\u3001\u5730\u57df\u3001\u4ea4\u4ed8\u6e20\u9053\uff09\u3002<\/li><li><strong>\u653f\u7b56\u8207\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff1a<\/strong>CDD\/EDD\uff08\u542b\u5be6\u76ca\u64c1\u6709\u4eba\u8b58\u5225\uff09\u3001PEP\uff0f\u5236\u88c1\u7be9\u67e5\u3001\u6301\u7e8c\u76e3\u6e2c\u3001\u89f8\u767c\u4e8b\u4ef6\u3001STR\uff08\u5411 JFIU \u5831\u544a\uff09\u6d41\u7a0b\u53ca\u4e0d\u5c11\u65bc 5 \u5e74\u4e4b\u8a18\u9304\u4fdd\u5b58\u3002<\/li><li><strong>\u71df\u904b\u63a7\u5236\uff1a<\/strong>\u98a8\u96aa\u5206\u7d1a\u3001\u8b66\u793a\uff0f\u4f8b\u5916\u8655\u7406\u3001\u96d9\u4eba\u8986\u6838\u3001\u9031\u671f\u6027\u6aa2\u8996\u3001\u6578\u64da\u4fdd\u8b77\u8207\u79c1\u96b1\u4fdd\u969c\u3002<\/li><li><strong>\u57f9\u8a13\u8207\u52dd\u4efb\u529b\uff1a<\/strong>\u65b0\u54e1\u5de5\u5165\u8077\u53ca\u5e74\u5ea6\u5fa9\u8a13\u3001\u5d17\u4f4d\u5b9a\u5236\u57f9\u8a13\u53ca\u51fa\u5e2d\u7d00\u9304\u3002<\/li><li><strong>\u7368\u7acb\u5be9\u67e5\uff0f\u6e2c\u8a66\u8a08\u5283<\/strong>
